A Finnish photographer “JP Metasavainio” took 12years and 1250 hours of photography to make a “milky way pic.”

He Collected the data from 2009-2021 with total exposure of around 1250hrs to create a high resolution assortment image of the Milky Way Pic.
The final pic is about 1,00,000 pixels wide and made of 234 different patterns panels stitched together. He captured the entire galaxy and 20 million stars within the Milky Way.
